So, the next obvious question that’s gonna pop in your business mind is how do you stand out from the crowd and your company wins the business. Well to quote from an essay “Future of the Internet” by Bill Gates where he stated “Content is king”, yes, we completely agree with him as content marketing is a very broad aspect of digital marketing and everything fits in this term; product, branding, communication, and service, etc. It is one of the easiest ways to reach your target audience and increase their interest in your brand. Traditional marketing techniques like post-mails and TV ads push-out a message out to the audience who may or may not be interested in trying out your brand...

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

In our blog today we want to talk to you about Search Engine Optimization (SEO), a process to develop a marketing plan to help you improve your visibility in the different search engines by combining different elements and strategies, also attracting customers and gaining popularity in a short time. .

The decade of the 90's was when the first search engines like google and yahoo appeared, attracting traffic to them.

What is SEO?

The American Marketing Association defines search engine optimization (SEO) as the process of developing a marketing/technical plan to improve visibility within one or more search engines. Usually this consists of two elements.

The authority, this refers to the popularity of a website, since the more popular it is, the more valuable the information it has. This is one of the factors that search engines take into account, taking into account that the more times a content is shared, it identifies it as more useful for users.

Relevance, this is the relationship that a page has against a given search, with this it does not mean that the term search contains many views if it is not based on other on-site criteria.

There are two ways in which we can make our positioning within SEO either through organic or paid positioning.

Organic

It is the application of different techniques focused on getting a web page to appear within the first search results, since this is in an organic way, it does not require any payment.

You did not find a perfect formula or user manual to tell us how to appear in the best positions within the search engines, but three recommendations that we could tell you that can help.

Create the best and quality content, add value for your users and remember to update it frequently.

Make sure you have a user-friendly website, with clear menus, with easy access to any information, as this will help improve user navigation.

Put in place a linkbuilding strategy, so that your users spend more time browsing your website and consuming content, make sure to place internal links referring to your own blog or website.

Paid

This is achieved by paying for advertising to the different search engines, to appear as one of the main results within the search. Within this, the advertiser does not pay to display his advertising but pays when a user clicks on it, it is what we call or know as CPC cost per click.

But how does this work? Due to paid ads, users can add certain keywords.

Among some of the benefits that we could highlight within the payment positioning are:

Fast results, compared to organic positioning campaigns where the positioning delay can take, the payment allows you to position your page within the first search results once you are investing in ads.

Because we can make use of segmentation, it is possible for us to reach a specific audience and with all this adjust our objectives.

Achieve a higher conversion rate, since people looking for a particular product or brand are interested in a possible purchase.

In NOMADS s we encourage you to invest in search engines, as a tourist agency it is important to expand your market, and your clients in a significant way, before starting with your investment you must take these points into account, start by identifying your competitors, analyze your strengths and weaknesses, in addition to creating and managing your online reputation as well as some of the points we mentioned above.

That is why we want to give you some keys so that you can increase your position in the tourism sector.

If you can't position yourself, don't get frustrated, expand your keywords so that they can be a better result in search engines, stop using only words like travel, hotel or tourism. The best way to find the keywords is to think and put ourselves in the role of the tourist, what would a tourist like to know? What would he ask? This will attract quality traffic, so you must be constantly innovating in your keywords.

Another important factor is the language, writing in the native language of your target can help significantly, but it is also important to develop a multilanguage strategy for your SEO positioning.

Blogs, without a doubt something important for your audience, be consistent with your content, offer quality content and always offer content referring to your tourism sector, for example gastronomy, events, tips and curiosities about the city, offer content such as the top 10 of the best places to visit in addition to tips.

Use your social networks, although these do not directly influence SEO positioning, they could help direct your audience to your website in a significant way with which you could share promotional content with them.

In nomads we seek that you are always the best and that you are among the best search positions, that is why we can help you with strategies, defining what your keywords are for your agency, remember that you do not only base your positioning on a single criterion, offering a good experience and usability in the interface of your website, as well as mobile optimization is also an important factor.

We believe that if you create a good experience from the beginning, consequently, all this will be reflected in good SEO positions, both organic and paid.

Remember to take note of these tips that we talked about today, we hope they can help you create your SEO strategy and open your panorama to new strategies.

Building a website for your brand is just half of the work done, the second half of the work is to promote the visibility of your website across different search engines. This process of improving the visibility of the website across search engines is known as SEO (Search Engines Optimization).

There are different ways of doing that mainly organically and Inorganically(Paid).
Organic - Applying different techniques to improve the visibility across the browsers.
Inorganic/Paid - Improving visibility through paid campaigns and ads and using the right keywords.

One needs to be very careful while using the keywords, using keywords unnecessarily can disable your website and you can be liable for a penalty.
